Announcing CPD Income Eligibility Calculator and Webinar Series

HUD is pleased to announce the launch of the CPD Income Eligibility Calculator, a new tool to help CPD grantees determine income eligibility and assistance amounts for beneficiaries of CPD programs. For more information about the tool, visit the OneCPD Resource Exchange.

Additionally, a series of webinars on how to use the tool to determine the Annual Income, Adjusted Income, and Rental Assistance for most CPD program beneficiaries is also available. FY2012 CoC Registration - CoC Final Review Closed

As of 5:00 p.m. ET Thursday, October 18th, 2012 CoC Registration – CoC Review officially closed in e-snaps. Any CoC that did not confirm its CoC Registration by the October 18th deadline may not have access to the CoC Consolidated Application when the FY2012 CoC Program NOFA is published.

Announcing Ask A Question on the OneCPD Resource Exchange

HUD is pleased to announce the launch of Ask A Question (AAQ) on the OneCPD Resource Exchange. This tool enables HUD’s customers to ask policy questions online and to receive timely responses to their questions via email.

Starting today, submit your questions on Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR), Consolidated Planning (ConPlan), and Title V on OneCPD Ask A Question.

CoC Program Interim Rule Public Comment Period Extended!

The CoC Program interim rule published on July 31, 2022 solicited public comments through October 1, 2012. In response to requests to provide additional time to comment on this rule, HUD is extending the public comment period to November 16, 2021. Click on the link below to view this notice.

HUD will review all comments submitted and use the comments to consider changes for the Final Rule. When submitting comments, HUD strongly encourages communities to read the regulation carefully, consider any challenges or barriers that might arise when implementing this program at the local level, and include specific recommendations that will help ease the implementation burden in their comments.
