This lecture is targeted to those who provide services to homeless and formerly homeless jobseekers, including the staff of homeless assistance agencies and workforce development agencies. The focus is primarily on serving homeless adults. However, much of the information contained in this lecture and pamphlet will also be useful if you are helping older adolescents.
