Abstract:

National data is available on program progress and accomplishments achieved during operating year 2005. This data was compiled from Annual Progress Reports submitted by grantees for that operating year. Data is provided in the following categories: Persons served in all projects in 2005; Achievement of HUD 2005 national objectives to end chronic homelessness and move families and individuals to permanent housing; Chronically homeless persons served in 2005; Prior living situation for those persons living in transitional housing (2005); Prior living situation for those persons living in permanent housing (2005); Destination of those persons leaving transitional housing (2005); and Source of income for all adult participants who left during operating year 2005.
