This report describes the housing strategies used by the AB2034 pilot programs in California, and the outcomes they achieved. The results of the analysis seem to indicate that the programs have succeeded in helping their consumers, homeless persons with mental health problems, become stably housed. The program worked particularly well among those facing the greatest number of challenges.
