2009 CoC NOFA Released & e-snaps Open!

On September 25, 2009, HUD published the FY2009 CoC NOFA for Homeless Assistance Grants. The FY2009 CoC NOFA announces approximately $1.43 billion in funding available for homeless assistance grants across the country.  For more information regarding this announcement, read the HUD Press Release.

Note: The CoC application must be submitted through the HUD e-snaps system.  The 2009 application is now available in e-snaps.  For additional competition information and e-snaps training resources, go to the e-snaps Training and Resources page.
