Prior to submitting a question to the Virtual Help Desk, please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the HPRP Notice and the questions in the FAQ database. HUD receives a large volume of questions each day, and asking questions that have already been addressed significantly slows down response time.
If you are in need of HPRP assistance, please note that HUD does not provide assistance directly to individuals. Please contact your city, county, or state grantee to find out if HPRP funds are available now, whether you are eligible to receive assistance, and how you can access it.
