New APR and CAPER Forms & Guidance
All HOPWA grantees, sponsors, and sub-recipients possessing DUNS numbers must now report the current status of registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. To accommodate this requirement, the Office of HIV/AIDS has added new fields to the APR and CAPER. The version of the APR and CAPER may be referenced by noting the form expiration at the bottom of the page: Effective 10/01/2009 to 12/31/2010. This change is effective October 1st, 2009 for all grantees. If grantees have questions about the reporting guidance they may contact the Office of HIV/AIDS Housing.
