Welcome to the portal for requesting technical assistance on HUD-SNAPS programs and policies. The next several pages will lead you through the process of making your request. Please note that this portal is for technical assistance requests that necessitate consultation with a TA provider and additional assistance, such as one or more phone conversations, a site visit, or action that cannot be dealt with in a quick email exchange.

If you would like to request a presenter for a conference or if you have questions regarding a SNAPS policy or procedure that can be answered quickly, please refer your question to the HUD HRE Virtual Help Desk at http://www.hudhre.info/helpdesk/index.cfm?do=viewHelpdesk. The HRE FAQ repository contains answers to hundreds of commonly asked questions that will help CoCs as well as ESG, HPRP, and HOPWA grantees and partners implement their programs.
