This module covers important information about accessing and completing the Project Applicant Profile. The Authorized Representative must review the Applicant Profile and update the information as needed. The completion of the Project Applicant Profile is required in order to access and submit the Project Application (formerly referred to as the Exhibit 2) for the CoC Program Competition.

This resource covers important information for accessing the Project Applications for Renewal, New, and CoC Planning Projects. Use this resource as a supplement to the primary resources for Renewal, New, and CoC Planning Projects Applications. Project Applicants must complete three steps to access the Project Application—complete the Project Applicant Profile, register for the correct Funding Opportunity, and create a Project. After doing so, the Project Application will appear on the "Submissions" screen.

This module covers important information about accessing and completing the performance measurement screens for Project Applicants. It supplements the training modules on the New Project Applications and Renewal Project Applications on the e-snaps training site. In this module, instructions are available for completing the screens on performance measures for permanent housing (PH), transitional housing (TH), supportive services only (SSO), and Safe Havens.

This module covers important information about accessing and completing the budget screens for the Project Applications, both for new and renewal projects. Project Applications are submitted to the Continuum of Care (CoC) Collaborative Applicant, which will, in turn, submit the entire funding application to HUD. Prior to using this training module, Project Applicants must have completed the Project Applicant Profile, registered for the applicable funding opportunity, created a project, and accessed it through the "Submissions" screen.

This module covers important information about accessing and completing the Project Application for CoC Planning costs. This year, Collaborative Applicants can submit a Project Application and enter into a grant agreement with HUD for funding for CoC Planning costs. For the purposes of submitting a Project Application in e-snaps, the organization serving as the Collaborative Applicant must submit it as a Project Applicant. The Collaborative Applicant must use this CoC Planning Project Application module in conjunction with the CoC Application and Project Priority Listings modules, as well as the Project Applicant Profile module.
