This module covers important information about accessing and completing the CoC Application. The CoC Application and the Project Priority Listings are two components of the CoC Consolidated Application. This is new in FY2012, and there is a separate training module for the Project Priority Listing on the e-snaps training site. Both the CoC Application AND the CoC Project Priority Listings, along with the applicable Project Applications, must be submitted prior to the application deadline in order to successfully submit the entire CoC Consolidated Application for the FY2012 CoC Program Competition.

This ranking tool was designed to make the ranking process easier for Collaborative Applicants as they will have to toggle among three different project listings in the CoC Project Priority Listings in e-snaps. Once the rows have been populated by the Collaborative Applicant, the Ranking Spreadsheet can be sorted by Rank Number, Applicant Name, Project Name, Expiring Grant Number, Project Type, Component Type, Amount Requested, or Amount Ranked.
