- July 10, 2008: The NOFA containing the application instructions for the CoC homeless assistance programs. HUD will publish a separate Federal Register Notice to alert the public when the e-snaps system is available online and to provide the application due date.
- April 29, 2008: HUD Notice of FY2008 Opportunity to Register and Other Important Information for Electronic Application Submission for Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Programs.
- March 19, 2008: NOFA Policy Requirements and General Section to HUD's FY2008 NOFA for Discretionary Programs.

Continuum of Care Registration Site
The 2008 CoC Registration Process is Now Closed. All HUD-verified CoCs that submitted their registration by the June 16th deadline have been successfully processed and will have access to Exhibit 1 when it becomes available. A CoC whose registration was successfully processed includes those who resolved their HHN amounts and submitted their final summaries last week.
