Prior to submitting a question to the Virtual Help Desk, please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the APR training materials, and the questions in the FAQ database. HUD receives a large volume of questions each day, and asking questions that have already been addressed significantly slows down response time.

HUD HRE Virtual Help Desk

Do you have an Annual Performance Report (APR) question that has not been addressed by existing resources? To submit a new question to the Virtual Help Desk, please click on the button below and follow the instructions.

Do you want to track a question that was previously submitted, provide clarification to your question, or ask a follow-up question? Type in your confirmation key and click on the "Go" button. (You should have received the confirmation key in the confirmation e-mail right after you submitted the question).
